American School Of Laughter Yoga
Learning Through Laughter
The American School Of Laughter Yoga helps people rediscover their creative spark the fun way! We provide transforming professional education & awareness to individuals, businesses and associations on laughter as a genuine solution to stress and health-related issues. We are the oldest and currently biggest provider of Laughter Yoga education in North America. We were also the first to introduce Laughter Yoga in Russia.
The school was founded in 2004 by Sebastien Gendry, the first American to train as a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher with Dr Kataria. We played a major role in helping introduce Laughter Yoga in the United States.
Our ambition is to support the growth of Laughter Yoga to mainstream level and create a successful working model for others to emulate.
