and healing, as well as morale and productivity. You have the convenience
of an on-site training. No money changes hands. All parties benefit from
the relationship!

What You Commit To Do
Provide the following:
- A suitable training room / facility for the expected enrollment.
- Audio-visual needs: DVD/TV or LCD projector, turn chart with easel
and markers. A microphone may be needed for large groups.
- Refreshments and snacks for AM/PM breaks on day 1 and day 2.
Designate a workshop liaison to work with us.
Assist with PR/marketing support. Your Suggested Event
Promotion / Marketing Plan is:
- Share training information with all department heads and community
partners. Make this event a community event! We have readily available
promotional material you can use.
- Send press releases / contact your local media. There are excellent
opportunities for publicity that promotes the host as well as promoting
the event because Laughter Yoga is extremely media friendly (amazing
audio, great visuals, no strings attached - this is positive news par
excellence.) Click
here to read how a cancer center got major exposure in Illinois
that way.
- Post / promote the event on your website and in your newsletter(s).
We'll do the same on our end.

Type of Workshops You Can Host
Public
Workshop - Open to the public
With this option your workshop is open to enrollment from your staff
as well as the general public just as if we were producing the workshop
on our own. Students will come from different interests and occupations,
lay-persons and professionals. Often, students will come from all over
North America and sometimes even from around the world. This international
flavor broadens our horizons, strengthens our vision of contributing
to a better world, and makes for interesting workshops.
- Public/Private Workshop - A specified number of places
are reserved for your people, the rest is open to the public until the
agreed full room capacity is reached.
- Private Workshop - Your people and nobody else.
Additional cost savings are possible for the hosts of private workshops.
Typical minimum is 10 participants. Normally, the host develops a simple
promotional strategy for their private workshop, such as internal e-mail,
employee publications, and flyers. Because all students will come from
the ranks of the host employees and friends, the American School Of
Laughter Yoga does not advertise or promote a private workshop. We will
work closely with you to contribute advice on any aspect of the workshop
development.

Host Site Incentive Schedule
(applies to Public and Combined Workshops):
- With 10 paid participants, the host site receives 4 tuition waivers.
- With 15 paid participants, the host site receives 5 tuition waivers.
- With 20 paid participants, the host site receives 6 tuition waivers.

Scheduling
- Public and Public/Private workshops: usually need
6-9 months lead time to allow for adequate promotion of the event.
- Private workshops: can be conducted as soon as there
is a mutually convenient date. Week-days are best, and we can do week-ends
with sufficient advance notice.

We look forward to running a successful and rewarding event with you!
