AARP says it's official: Laughter Yoga can improve healthIf you work or plan to work with seniors teaching Laughter Yoga then we would urge you to read and leverage the power of the article published on August 8 in the AARP Bulletin Today titled "Laughter Yoga to Improve Health? It’s No Joke". The American Association of Retired Persons (now known exclusively by its acronym, AARP) is the largest nonprofit membership organizations in the US with over 30 million members. What to do next? Print this article and use it as an excuse to contact all the Director of Activities that you can identify in your local retirement communities, nursing homes, and senior centers. Ask them to include a note in their newsletter, or post it for all to see on their notice board, and most importantly offer your Laughter Yoga classes! Laughter Yoga is very good for seniors. The AARP said so. |
