Directions

Walker Fied is the closest airport and is located in Grand Junction. It is about 30min. drive from Rifle.

Consider landing (if you are flying of course) in Eagle Airport, about 1 hour driving away from Rifle. The reason for this would be to stay in Glenwood Springs where the biggest hot springs pool in the state can be found! Truly amazing. Glenwood Springs is 25miles from Rifle. If you have disposable income please consider sponsoring someone else to attend this training. We need a minimum of $175 per person to be able to grant a full scholarship. We can either mention your name as benefactor or not. Note that your generous donation of $175 or more is tax deductible.

People who receive a full scholarship from us (when budget allows) are requested to write a full report about their experience, both before the training (why they want to train) as after (how they applied what they learned). We will forward these reports to you.

What To Bring

Please bring a cushion if you can comfortably sit on the floor (chairs will be provided). Don't forget your smile and be prepared to laugh a lot! Wear comfortable clothes.

Lunch is not included in this training. You are welcome to bring your own food. There are several inexpensive restaurants very close to the training center. This is where most people usually prefer to go.

Laughter Yoga is not a substitute for proper medical consultation for physical, mental and psychological illnesses and may not be suitable for everyone. It is contra-indicated for people suffering from uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart disease, epilepsy, any kind of hernia, severe backache and major psychiatric disorders.
