5. What To Bring
Please bring a cushion if you can comfortably sit on the floor (chairs will be provided). Don't forget your smile and be prepared to laugh a lot! Wear comfortable clothes.

6. If You Are Coming By Plane
We strongly recommend you give Frederick Randolf a call. His company Advanced Travel & Tours specializes in low cost airfares, cruise, rail, tours, hotel, car rental and insurance. We found him to be reliable, very competitive on national flights and virtually unbeatable on international flights. Plus he is reliable and will help you 24/7 if you ever get stuck in transit (missed/cancelled flight.) If anything call him to compare prices. You may be surprised (tell him we sent you!)

7. Where To Stay
We cannot recommend any particular place near this workshop location. There are just too many options with greatly varying prices. Here is what we recommend:

We will do our best to help you find someone to share a room with should you be looking for one and you let us know.
8. Medical Advisory / Contra-Indications
Laughter Yoga is not a substitute for proper medical consultation for physical, mental and psychological illnesses and may not be suitable for everyone. It is contra-indicated for people suffering from uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart disease, epilepsy, any kind of hernia, severe backache and major psychiatric disorders. This list is for guidance only and is not meant to be exhaustive. In doubt do not try it and consult your trained medical professional for guidance. Please use your common sense: no strain, no new pain.
9. Tax Deduction
Money spent on continuing education, when taken to maintain and improve professional skills, is tax deductible. There are also other business circumstances that may make such expenses tax deductible. Please contact your accountant for details.
10. Continuing Education Credits
We do not offer continuing education credits at this point in time.
