1) Hands-On Workshop: Laughter on the Labyrinth
This is a fully hands on experience. Enjoy a brief overview of the labyrinth, what it is and how it relates to our laughter agenda, then enjoy a meditative walk with focus and purpose. There are no “right or wrongs” in how it is done, a simple guided suggestion can yield many metaphors for life and be a tool to create a deeper personal connection for the individual or group that uses it. Our focus will be the suggestion of laughter where many results may occur from finding a new direction, releasing blockages, problem solving, or creative thinking step by step.
Lynda Tourloukis is a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher as well as a Certified Labyrinth facilitator.
